Slag

When I was doing this one I came across the problem of what to do with his Slag's tail.
Except for Swoop, who's tail folded into his back, Slag is the only dinobot who's tail does not split apart off to either side in robot mode.

I pulled out the old toy for reference and looked at how the tail was just hanging out the back in robot mode.
So I thought to myself,
"what the heck should I do with his tail.... where do I put it"?

In his cartoon and comic book incarnations, his tail is totally removed,
(prehaps it goes to the same place Optimus Prime's trailer does?).
Anyway, it WAS my intention to do the same here and just give him an unobscured shiny metal @$$,
(thanx Bender, but no biting here),
but after thinking over this for awhile.....
I decided to attempt to be oddly creative.

For the sake of my own personal likes/dislikes, I usually tend to make changes from the original toy design,
but in this case, I kinda did the opposite.....
"Ah, what the heck"
I thought, and I just left the tail on in robot mode as it
(more or less)
appears on the toy.

I think it turned out OK, and I like it.

Like with my redesign of Swoop, it is at the very least, a unique
(although odd looking)
design, which is one of the things I was trying for in this Dinobot set to begin with anyway.
